As outlined in our renewal report that Sean presented to the Trustees on Monday, we have received the insurance quotes we requested on your behalf. The attached Disclosure and Consent Form (DCF) summarizes your options and provides the financial ratings of the quoting carriers. The Explanation describes the codes used in the form and provides information relevant to the quotes.

Since the meeting, MetLife has confirmed that they are able to extend the rate guarantee another year.  This is reflected on the attached forms, and the rate guarantee letter with the current rates is also attached.  When the stop loss renewal is received, these forms will be updated to include the options quoted.

At this point the forms are informational. Once the Sun Life renewal is received and a renewal option is chosen, a signature will be required.  Please contact Sean or me if you have any questions.
